The overall design objective for this property was to create a holiday feel at home. The clients wanted an outdoor space that they could use all year round while ensuring any new addition to the house didn’t take away from the natural light to the living spaces. They wanted to create two features in their outdoor space – a fire place and an outdoor shower. They also wanted to have a lush green outlook from all living spaces.

The scope of works for this property involved a complete revamp of the existing 80s pool, installing new paved surrounds, a feature timber deck, stone clad retaining wall alongside the pool as well as the addition of a feature outdoor shower in finch stone cladding. The covered pergola with skylights and outdoor fire place also clad in Finch stone, create an inviting space for year round entertaining. A fully revamped outdoor landscape meticulously constructed from design through to completion, it is the perfect space for entertaining and now an award winning backyard achieving a Gold award at the 2023 LNA Landscape Excellence Awards.
